Payment Methods:
We accept all Indian credit cards, Debit cards, Net Banking, UPI etc through our payment gateway PayU. COD is not available if the order value exceeds Rs 5000.

Processing:
FAHRENHEIT dispatches orders within 24 hours of being placed on the website. Please allow this processing time, which excludes weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email along with your tracking details.
We make every effort to fulfil all orders placed on our website. However, in certain circumstances, we may be unable to process an order or a portion of it and may need to cancel it. If this happens, our Customer Service team will notify you promptly. Any amount charged for cancelled items will be refunded to your original payment method.

Shipping Within India:
We have partnered with some of India's leading delivery companies to ensure reliable service and all orders are eligible for free standard shipping. Currently, we ship only within India. Orders are typically delivered within 4–5 business days after dispatch. Your order is packed and shipped as soon as payment is successfully received. Based on the location of our warehouse and your delivery address, we select the most efficient shipping partner for your order. While we strive to deliver your order on time, shipping may occasionally be delayed due to safety protocols, unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond our control.
