Exchange & Return

Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged with the original tag seal intact and returned in their original packaging. Items that are damaged, soiled, altered or without the tag seal will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. To request a return or exchange, email to customerservice@fahrenheit.in within 3 business days of receiving your order. Requests received after this period will not be accepted. If reverse pickup is unavailable for your PIN code, you will need to arrange and pay for the return shipment. Refunds or exchanges will be processed only after the returned product has been received and passed the quality check.

Each delivered orders is eligible for 1 free size/product exchange. Need to exchange a second time? No worries. An additional charge of Rs.150 is applicable which goes to the courier company for carrying out the entire procedure the 2nd time. Items purchased on any kind of sale/offers are not eligible for exchange/refunds.
