Shipping
What Shipping Methods Are Available?
Shipping is done by surface & air depending upon the area of delivery and in both cases customer receives free shipping. We package and ship your order as soon as you confirm the payment. Based on our warehouse location and your shipping address, we determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
We make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible. We usually require 1-2 working day to dispatch your order. Generally, our logistic partner delivers all orders in 3-5 business days.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept all Cards (credit & debit), UPI, MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Citibank Maestro Debit Cards. All online payments are securely processed through our payment gateway with real-time authorization.
Orders & Returns
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
You may request to cancel your order by emailing customerservice@fahrenheit.in within 12 hours of placing your order. Cancellation requests cannot be processed once the order has been shipped. As we strive to ensure prompt order processing, dispatch, and delivery, requests received after the 12-hour window or after dispatch may not be accepted.

How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order is shipped, we share the tracking details on your registered email id.
How Can I Return a Product?
Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged with the original tag seal intact and returned in their original packaging. Items that are damaged, soiled, altered or without the tag seal will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. To request a return or exchange, email to customerservice@fahrenheit.in within 3 business days of receiving your order. Items purchased on any kind of sale/offers are not eligible for exchange/refunds.
