Need a size exchange but no reply or options from you

Great Fit and Cloth Texture

The size ordered was large. I spoke to the concerned person and was assured that the exchange would be done.
Though the return has been picked by blue dart I have no update on the exchange product for XL size. This was a prepaid order.
Now I guess my money is also gone. As I have sent multiple mails and tried connecting over call but no response.

Kindly let me know are you sending my exchange product or is the money been duped.

I like tshirts from Fahrenheit and this is the second time I bought 3-pack round neck tshirts. I wanted to give five stars but finally decided to give four stars because the round neck seemed tighter than earlier.
